Born in Istanbul. She worked as copy writer, editor, director and producer. She made music videos and promotion films.
Her short films and documentaries got many awards in national and international festivals, and were shown on TV Channels such as ARTE, SVT (Sweden), YLE (Finland) SBS (Australia). Her films have also participated in exhibitions such as “Call me Istanbul”, ZKM Karlsruhe, Germany (2004) and `Free Kick`- the 9th Istanbul Biennial, 2005.
She is also member of Filmist Collective.
